You work directly with our head of account management and the media buying team—they handle client communications and ad placements. Your job is to develop compelling creative strategies that drive performance.
By removing distractions, you can focus on what actually DRIVES performance: the creatives themselves.
What you'll do as Creative Strategist:
- Develop and execute creative strategies for paid social campaigns across Meta, X, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences.
- Analyze performance data to generate insights and optimize creatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our creatives are cutting-edge.
- Conduct market research to understand audience behavior and preferences.
- Brainstorm and test new creative concepts and ideas.
- Work closely with the media buying team to align creative strategies with campaign objectives.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Meta and TikTok.
- Proven experience in developing successful ad creatives for paid social campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable creative strategies.
- Passionate about creativity and innovation in digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in English (fluency not required).
